Outdoor chairs - window A/C in both bedrooms and portable in living area - Flat Screen TV - gas grill - sandy beach area - this unit does not allow pets! No Smoking inside cottage - PLEASE! Weekly Rate: $925 - $200 security deposit required to hold your week -rental amount due 60 days prior to your arrival date! Check-In after 3:00pm Check-Out before 10:00 on your day of departure! Whispering Pines Resort is made up of 21 units - with 202ft of lake frontage & beach area with beach volley ball court! The resort does have play equipment - swim area - & a sandy beach area! The resort does limit the number of cars each unit can have- that number is 2! Several Units are available in the resort for rent! Whispering Pines Resort Layout - 202ft. of lake frontage!

10MPH Speed Limit - Lots of children playing!
No Fireworks Allowed!
Quiet Time Between 10pm to 8am-this unit does not allow Pets!
No Tents allowed!
No Glass at the Beach Area!
Please remove all trash from the Beach Area upon your departure
Do NOT feed the Wildlife - don't want them using the beach area for a litter box!
All Parking is assigned-2 spots per unit - yours will be along split rail fence by your Unit! Visitors must use visitors parking if you have taken up both of your spots!
