Located on the north east bay of Gun Lake, this 3BR 2 baths 1296 sq.ft. home was updated in 2017 with new flooring, paint, window coverings through out. New roadside porch with ramp makes wheel chair access possible if needed. The lakefront deck also new- 12x24 making outdoor living easy! There is 1 bedroom on the main floor with King size bed, with 2 more generous sized bedrooms on the upper level, 1 with a King size bed & 2nd bedroom with 2 Queen size beds! Main level full bath with 4' walk-in shower and handicap hand rails. Upstairs bath also with shower. Home will sleep 8 total. ALL bedrooms are equipped with window A/C Units, as well as main floor living area!

Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher - also washer & dryer! Place settings for 12, pots & pans, all utensils, blender, toaster, coffee make, wine glasses, etc. will make cooking and dinning in, a breeze! Outside dining for 8 & propane grill.

Parking - 2 cars tandem (end to end) along side of garage & 1 car inside garage and maybe 2 small cars behind garage. If you bring a boat, the trailer will count as 1 of the cars- if you need more parking, let us know- there are some other options available!

Weekly Rate: $2,500

Security deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your week – deposit refunded only with 60 days notice of cancellation. Rent due -in full- 60 days prior to your arrival. NON–REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week(s). Security deposit refunded within 15 days of your departure with cottage being left in good condition! Rental time is 3:00pm FRI. to the following FRI. with check out by 10:00 am
