A $250 to $500.00 Deposit Paid in advance, is required to hold the reservation, along with completed waiver!
Once the boat has been picked-up or delivered, this deposit becomes a damage deposit! The damage deposit will be held for any damage that may occur while the rental agreement is in effect.
Payment is due in full at time of pick-up-MUST be CASH - or can be paid by check no later than 15 days prior to pick-up date! Do NOT take credit cards! Can pay with Pay Pals but a 3%
A 25 day notice of cancellation is required for deposit refund, less $50.00 processing fee.
Weekly Rental Check-Out: is after 3:00pm Friday or Saturday.
Weekly Rental Check-In: is before 9:00am Friday or Saturday.
Late Fees: are $50.00 per hour for extra hours after contracted time.
Renters & Drivers MUST be 25 yrs. of age. All drivers MUST register and have a valid drivers license -Drivers License ID is required.
FUEL is not included in Rate! A 5 gal. gas container will be supplied for you to purchase gas - there no longer is a place to fuel up by boat on the lake! You will need to go to the BP or Marathon-both on the north west and northeast corners on M-179 Hwy! On south side of lake, there is a Mobil gas station that you can drive your boat up to the docks, But you still need to cross the road to fill a container- they do have a rolling gas container for people to use.
Renter assumes all risks, and will be responsible for 100% of all cost & expenses arising from the use and possession of all rentals. Renter is responsible for any accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rental!
