This unit is a main level unit on the south side of building and on the west side of lake! When sitting on deck, you would be facing east and looking across lake @ state park peninsula. Yes there is a sandy beach for kids to play that you can see when sitting on the deck of each of the 4 units.This unit is located within Whispering Pines Resort- Resort rules DO APPLY!
All Parking is assigned with your unit number - 2 spots per unit - and ONLY 2 spots . Any guest will need to park along the split rail fence at the road intersection. Boat trailers need to be parked there as well!

Resort has play equipment - Beach Volley Ball Court -swim area & 200' of shared lake frontage! There is a fire pit on the beach- it is a shared fire pit! 2 docks are put out on either side of the 200' of share lake frontage! Off those 2 docks, are 21 boat slips-each unit in the resort gets 1 boat slip. Boat slip is also numbered with your Units #!!
1782sq. ft- fully furnished -fully equipped kitchen - granite counter tops-toaster-blender-coffee maker-pots-pans-glass ware-silverware- electric gridle This Unit does have a flat panel TV'S ( only 1 in living room) with basic Cable Service - WiFi - Community Beach Fire Pit! Linens & Towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels) There is a Pack-n-Play in the unit as well -Washer & Dryer- Central Air- Charcoal grill! You need to bring the charcoal You also need to bring all paper products! Toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates & firewood etc.
