Ceiling & portable fans throughout, gas grill. Close to trails, dining, groceries, shops. 2 portable a/c units

Weekly Rate: $2,300.00

3 Night Minimum: $1,200.00 ($400 night)

Security deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your week – deposit refunded only with 60 days notice of cancellation. Rent due -in full- 60 days prior to your arrival. NON–REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week(s). Security deposit refunded within 15 days of your departure with cottage being left in good condition! Rental time is 3:00pm Sat. to the following Sat. with check out by 10:00am

Pet Friendly: Damage Deposit raised to $600 - yard MUST be cleaned of all pet waste upon departure.
