 This unit has a Queen size bed in one bedroom and bunk beds (2 twins) in the 2nd bedroom - room for a pack-n-play -in this bedroom!

Blankets & Pillows provided -you must bring your own linens, bath towels  & kitchen towels for all rental time frames!

 Fully equipped kitchen with blender, toaster, coffeemaker, pot, pans, silverware, glassware, dishes!

Outdoor chairs - window A/C -32"Flat Sceen TV-charcoal grill -  sandy beach area- this unit does not allow pets!

No Smoking inside cottage-PLEASE! 

Weekly Rate: $675 -$100 security deposit required to hold your week -rental amount due 60 days prior to your arrival date!

Check-In after 3:00pm

Check-Out before 10:00 on your day of departure!

Whispering Pines Resort is made up of 21 units - with 202ft of lake frontage & beach area with beach volley ball court! The resort does have play equipment - fish cleaning shed - swim area - & a sandy beach area!  The resort does limit the number of cars each unit can have- that number is  2!

 Several Units are available in the resort for rent!   Whispering Pines Resort Layout - 202ft. of lake frontage! 

Resort Rules

• 10MPH Speed Limit - Lots of childred playing!
• No Fireworks Allowed! 
• Quiet Time Between 10pm to 8am-this unit does not allow Pets! 
• No Tents allowed!
• No Glass at the Beach Area!
• Please remove all trash from the Beach Area upon your departure
• Do NOT feed the Wildlife - don't want them using the beach area for a litter box! 
• All Parking is assigned-2 spots per unit - yours will be along split rail fence by your Unit! Visitors must use visitors parking if you have taken up both of your spots!

A new road has been put in to service the 2nd row of cottages - It now makes a complete loop joining at Russell Dr and comes to the front side of those cottages in that 2nd row -not in the back like it use to do -

ALL Cottages should park 2 cars at the cottage, pulling up to the split rail fence as close as possible so that your vehicleis out of the road!!   #8's parking is behind the cottage pulling up to the split rail fence as close as possible!
